Our Approach

The methodology behind the programs

Our educational framework draws on three principles that shape how all programs are structured and delivered.

Context-first

We begin with your actual daily schedule and circumstances — not with a standardised programme applied identically to everyone. Pause practices that fit naturally are more likely to persist than those that demand a significant change in routine.

Observational, not prescriptive

We frame practices as things to observe and explore rather than techniques to execute correctly. There is no right or wrong experience of a pause — the educational value lies in attention and reflection, not in achieving a particular outcome.

Iterative and adjustable

Initial recommendations are starting points, not fixed plans. Check-ins and optional follow-ups allow for adjustment based on what you actually notice and experience. A pause practice that no longer fits your context is worth revising rather than abandoning.

Questions

Program questions answered

If you are unsure, the Discovery Session is the natural starting point. It is a one-off commitment with no further obligation, and it will give you a clear sense of which other formats — if any — might suit you. The 30-Day Challenge is a popular choice for those who prefer self-directed engagement at a fixed daily commitment.

All programs are currently offered in English. If you have a language preference, please mention it when you get in touch — we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

The daily practice itself is typically 1–10 minutes. For programs with a session component, you would set aside 60 minutes per week. The 30-Day Challenge requires reading a short daily email (2–3 minutes) plus the practice itself. Time commitment is intentionally modest — the premise is that brief, consistent pauses are more valuable than lengthy, irregular ones.

Yes. The Foundations Program is available for small groups, and we occasionally arrange bespoke group formats for teams or organisations. Contact us with details of your group size and context and we will discuss what might be appropriate.

Take the First Step

Begin with a conversation

The Discovery Session requires no preparation and no commitment beyond the session itself. Use it to ask questions, share your context, and get a clear sense of where a pause practice might fit in your day.
